Shades bug?

I just downloaded Slidurs vibrant shaders extreme. Its like its only night or something weird. but otherwise they're fine.
My computer is definitely good enough to run these, I'm using Intel processor. This is on Minecraft optifine 1.14.3 and this also happens with almost every shader I tried.
Now I'm wondering if it could be something in nvidia settings and or just shader settings in optifine client?
